Testimonials

What our customers say about us!

‘Orders are placed Electronically via a Website they set up for us. Individual items of our stock are delivered and stored securely by Herald Chase before being made up into ‘packs’ for despatch around the world. They liase with our selected Courier company in a seamless and professional manner and provide us with tracking information so we can monitor deliveries.Having had several unhappy experiences with fulfilment operations in the past we are especially happy to recommend Herald Chase to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly and fairly priced facility’

‘I am Happy to recommend Herald Chase as a supplier. All our projects demand high attention to detail, and a flexible approach - both of which have been amply demonstrated on every occasion. They have always given 100% response to our demands, and, just as importantly, their team is a friendly and dedicated group of people, with whom it is a pleasure to work’

‘ We have always found the staff at Herald Chase to be friendly, helpful and quick to suggest the best ways of ensuring that our mailouts are a success. They keep in regular contact during the run up to our mailings and let us know immediately if they encounter any difficulties with the data that we provide. Despite some problems at our end, Herald Chase have always pulled out all the stops to ensure that the magazines are delivered on time’

‘When we moved our fulfilment requirement to Herald Chase in November 1998 we had expected a good quality of service to be provided cost effectively. In point of fact the regular contact received enabled what could have been a troublesome transition period to be a smooth transfer from one mailing house to another. The service afforded us from Herald Chase enabled us to move forward and use this excellent fulfilment centre as a means to running a complete mail programme.’

‘Our work consists of daily runs, which could range from 100-10,000 reminder letters on any one day. There are a variety of different document types and data extracts due to the complexities of our billing systems. As a result a high degree of attention is required to manage, merge, pack and despatch. We have found Herald Chase team to be highly efficient and extremely customer focussed.’
